1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Innteracto platform, website, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including hotel operators, restaurant operators, their staff, and any other individuals who access the platform in any capacity.
2. Description of Service
Innteracto provides an AI-powered concierge platform designed for hotels and restaurants. The Service includes:
• A white-label AI chatbot for handling guest requests
• Automated department routing and staff notification systems
• Guest sentiment analysis and review prevention tools
• Intelligent upselling and revenue generation features
• Analytics and reporting dashboards
• QR code-based guest access systems
Innteracto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
3. Accounts and Registration
To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying Innteracto immediately of any unauthorized access at contact@innteracto.com
• Ensuring all staff members who access the platform do so in compliance with these Terms
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of your business to create an account.
4. Free Trial
Innteracto offers a 30-day free trial for new subscribers. During the trial period:
• Full access to the subscribed plan features is provided
• No credit card or payment information is required to begin the trial
• You may cancel at any time during the trial with no obligation
• At the end of the trial period, the Service will be paused unless you choose to subscribe to a paid plan
Innteracto reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.
5. Payment and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Subscription fees are due at the beginning of each billing cycle
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated in our refund policy
• Innteracto reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes in your jurisdiction
6. Data and Privacy
By using the Service, you acknowledge that:
• Guest conversation data processed through the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy
• You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your guests for data processing activities
• Innteracto processes data in accordance with applicable Moroccan data protection law (Law 09-08) and international standards
• You retain ownership of your business data and guest data collected through the platform
• Innteracto may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service

7. White-Label and Branding
The Service allows you to apply your own branding to the guest-facing interface. You agree that:
• You will not use the white-label feature to misrepresent the capabilities of the Service
• You retain responsibility for your brand and how it is presented to guests
• Innteracto brand elements, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Innteracto
• You will not reverse-engineer, copy, or attempt to replicate the underlying technology of the Service
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate hospitality business operations
• Collect or harvest data from the platform in any unauthorized manner
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
9. Service Level and Support
Innteracto aims to maintain high availability of the Service. Support terms vary by plan:
• Bronze Plan: Email support, standard response times
• Silver Plan: Email and chat support with priority handling
• Gold Plan: Phone and WhatsApp support with a 4-hour response SLA
Innteracto does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service and is not responsible for downtime caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time.
• You may cancel your subscription through your account dashboard or by contacting support
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless earlier deletion is requested
• Innteracto may terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, with written notice provided where reasonably practicable
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
• Innteracto provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• Innteracto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
• Innteracto's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim
• Innteracto is not responsible for guest behaviour, guest reviews, or business outcomes resulting from use of the Service
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
13. Changes to These Terms
Innteracto reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made:
• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Active subscribers will be notified by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect
• Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service before the effective date.
