Is there a setup fee or long-term contract?
No setup fee, no long-term commitment. All plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time from your dashboard.
Can I switch between the Hotels and Restaurants plans?
Yes. If your business type changes or you operate both, contact our support team and we'll migrate your account at no extra cost.
Which languages does the AI concierge understand?
Every plan understands French, Arabic, English and Moroccan Darija (Latin or Arabic letters, and voice messages), and other languages too. The AI answers in the guest's language.
How long does it take to get started?
Usually a day: the AI reads your website to prepare its first answers, and you complete them. Gold includes a guided setup with our team.
Is my guests' data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We are fully GDPR-compliant and never sell guest data to third parties.
